BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WITH US YOU REPRESENT, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND CERTIFY THAT YOU: (A) HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY; (B) ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD; AND (C) ARE NOT PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF THIS WEBSITE'S CONTENTS BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION.

THESE TERMS REQUIRE YOU TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD INJURY OCCUR WHILE USING THIS PRODUCT.

(1) Applicability of Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are made by and between Yoga Float & Roll, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“YFR” or “we” or “us” or “our”), and you, and shall apply to your purchase of products and services from us through www.yogafloatroll.com (the “Website”).

(2) Shipping Information. You are responsible for all shipping & handling charges associated with your purchase. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments. When a product order is placed for delivery, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as such shipping address is compliant with any shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All deliveries of products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Additionally, you have the option of cancelling your order (in its entirety only) at any time prior to our having sent to you the confirming email referenced herein.

(3) Returns. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund; provided: (i) the items(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) your return is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery; and (iii) the item(s) returned are in the same condition as originally received by you. Once we receive the goods, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges. All returns must be made pursuant to the specific return procedure specifically set forth on the Website (https://www.yogafloatroll.com/contact). You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment of a returned item and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.

(4) ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY; DISCLAIMER. Notwithstanding our return policy set forth in Section (3) above, each product you purchase from us is warranted against substantial defects in materials and workmanship that render the product unusable. You are entitled to this limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase during which time you may return the purchased product to us for a full refund less the original shipping & handling charges. However, this warranty does not apply to minor defects or blemishes which may affect the aesthetic of a purchased product, but do not render the functionality of the product or make it unusable.
