Can I really leave the Float & Roll attached to the mat during class? Won’t it be too cumbersome or inhibit my movements?

The F&R was designed to be used primarily in flow classes as a vinyasa trainer, purposefully challenging you to engage your core as you step or jump through transitions from the back of the mat to the front of the mat. The F&R was also designed to be easily removed when sequences require you to lie down on your mat (such as boat pose, or savasana). When you become more comfortable with attaching and removing your F&R, it will take seconds to reposition. There will be instances when the F&R will not serve your practice - use your best judgement based on individual skill level and experience as to when to incorporate it into your practice.

What if I kick, brush or knock into the Float & Roll with my foot during my transitions?

What size mats can the Float & Roll accommodate?

The F&R is adjustable and will fit mats 1-9mm in thickness and 24-26 inches in width.

How do I clean the Float & Roll?

The F&R can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, tea tree oil or a 60% + alcohol based disinfectant .

What is the weight limit of the Float & Roll?

The F&R’s durability has been pressure tested at 230 lbs for over a year without degradation to the material.

Does the Float & Roll have a limited warranty?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund; provided: (i) the items(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) your return is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery; and (iii) the item(s) returned are in the same condition as originally received by you. Once we receive the goods, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges.

Notwithstanding our return policy above, each product you purchase from us is warranted against substantial defects in materials and workmanship that render the product unusable. You are entitled to this limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase during which time you may return the purchased product to us for a full refund less the original shipping & handling charges.
